Coaching workshop

Formation Coaching emotional management and cardiac coherence  

Educh.ch proposes to you this autumn from 1 to 12 workshops with choice of formation coaching. 

You can follow the specific days which interest you in your rate/rhythm and in the order which is appropriate to you.   

The objective is to discover tools and simple and practical applications in emotional management, cardiac coherence and coaching.

A formation with the tools of the coaching in order to discover its project of life, to manage are stress and to prevent a burnout.

But Carl Gustav Jung was born in swiss, but many in our area dont know him.

I really open my eyes about him througth an very impressive psychoanalyst from New-York, until this moment i try to partage what i found interest in the theoritical of jung and the work with the others wiew, exemple pnl, systemic and others.
