Mon contrat d'emploi jeune va se terminer en novembre 05 et je désespère e rester inactive. Cela fait plus d'un an que je recherche dans le secteur qui m'intéresse (en autre le social, plus l'insertion professionnelle, un peu Madame ANPE!) et je ne trouve pas. Je deviens septique sur mes compétences pro et je me remts tellemnt en question que j'en suis arrivée à me dire que je n'ai pas les compétences pour tel poste. J'ai besoin de me secouer et de croire en mes chances. Mon gros souci est que je ne suis pas du tout me vendre et encore moins vendre. Je ne sais pas mettre ne valeur mes compétences pro.J'aurias besoin de refaire mon CV et la lettre de motivation pour booster mes chances. J'ai un parcours très anachRONIque. ( Au fait je suis maman de quatre enfants en bas âge (6ans, 4ans, 4ans et 1an) et j'en ai assez des reflexions débiles, du style : Avec quatre enfants, vous voulez travaillez? La réponse : Qui va remplir le frigo et payer les factures (les allocations familiales!!!!!!!) Cette réflexion est tellement ancrée dans la tête des gens, et aussi 4 gosses(elle est toujours absebte car ils sont toujours malades...) JE SUIS LA PREUVE QUE ON PEUT TRAVAILLER, AVOIR UNE MAISON, une activité sportive régulière, et que l'on soit présente au boulot tous les jours. Je voudrais trouver un job dans le 16/17/33/24/87/86 et la route ne me fait pas peur. Mais je ne trouve rien, je suis démoralisée. Je vais me retrouver à redistribuer les journaux....

Bravo déjà pour ces quatres petits bout de choux, c'est vrai que j'aurais tendance a penser comme tous le monde en voyant leur age ..... Mais bon dans le coaching ce qui compte c'est on projet pas ma vision :lol:
